- A member of Mujtaba Estate Referral Program does not officially represent Mujtaba Estate, or its management at any platform in Pakistan. Therefore, the member is not allowed to print his/her visiting cards with the logo or name of Mujtaba Estate.
- A member of Mujtaba Estate Referral Program is not an employee of Mujtaba Estate.
- A member of Mujtaba Estate Referral Program will be paid 20% Commission of his side (seller/purchaser) only on maturity of the deal.
- Mujtaba Estate is not liable to pay any damages, inconvenience, or fraud committed by a member of Mujtaba Estate Referral Program as he/she is not an employee/representative of Mujtaba Estate.
- A member of Mujtaba Estate Referral Program will disclose all the details associated with the shared query to Mujtaba Estate. Failure to do so may lead to termination from the Mujtaba Estate Referral Program.
- A member of Mujtaba Estate Referral Program acknowledges that Mujtaba Estate will solely mature the deal as per its free will.
